Our busiest time is kicking off

Wedding and marquee season is finally here, and everyone at Inspired Structures can’t wait to help couples celebrate in style!

After months of planning, we’re ready to roll out some standout features and embrace the latest trends that are set to define 2025’s most memorable weddings.

Whether it’s a weekend-long celebration at a remote countryside venue or an intimate gathering with bespoke décor, 2025 is all about making every moment truly unique and unforgettable.

What’s New for 2025 & Trends We’re Loving

Hexagonal Bar
The New Centrepiece

This year, our brand new hexagonal bar is making its debut. Designed to be both a stunning focal point and a practical gathering spot, it’s perfect for serving signature cocktails and encouraging guests to mingle in style.

We designed it specifically to fit perfectly in our vans, so it travels well and is super easy to set up wherever we go. It’s not just about looks though, the bar is ergonomically designed with space underneath for back bar fridges, keeping everything tidy and organised. It means drinks are always chilled and the setup stays sleek, no matter where your celebration takes place!

Long Tables & Ladder Florals

Long, banquet-style tables are still a big hit! They’re great for getting everyone chatting and creating a relaxed, friendly vibe. Plus, they give you the perfect space to show off some stunning floral designs. We’re really excited our “ladder” setups will be out lots this summer, which let you hang beautiful, flowing flowers right above the tables. Hanging florals are one of the coolest trends this year-they add a bit of wow factor and a magical feel to any marquee.

Music Stages & Rattan Chill-Out Zones

With live music and festival vibes in high demand, we’re seeing more couples request dedicated stages for bands and DJs. We’ve got a bunch of stage sizes to fit whatever you need, whether it’s a solo act or a full band. We’ll help you pick the right size and handle all the setup, so the music can take the spotlight without any stress.

Alongside the party, our rattan sofa lounge areas offer a laid back retreat for guests to relax and soak up the atmosphere- because every celebration needs a space to unwind as well as a cool dancefloor!

Dream Venues
From Iconic Rocks to Coastal Charm

We’re thrilled to be kicking off the season with a wedding near the breathtaking Brimham Rocks-what a setting for an outdoor celebration! The dramatic rock formations provide a unique backdrop for saying “I do,” and we can’t wait to bring our structures to life in such a stunning natural environment.

We absolutely love the outdoors and think there’s something magical about celebrating special moments surrounded by nature’s beauty. The countryside is the perfect spot for our marquees with beautiful views and plenty of space to set up stylish celebrations.

Later this season, we’re heading to the vibrant coastal town of North Berwick, where sea views and ancient castles make every wedding feel extra special. We will be making the trip to the gorgeous Gilmerton House three times this summer for marquee weddings on their stunning grounds and honestly, we love this venue! The gardens and the whole setting are just perfect for outdoor celebrations, and we always look forward to working there.

And of course, we’ll be putting up marquees in the picturesque villages surrounding York. With venues ranging from rural backdrops to Georgian Mansions, there’s no shortage of inspiration and we love travelling the country to these beautiful locations.
